The Inji Rig was developed by club fisherman fishing the famous surf break of Injinup in WA. This rig allows you to use the weight of the pilchard to cast out the rig and as the pilchard breaks up it berleys up a trailing single hook.

This rig will catch EVERYTHING from small fish such as herring and Yellowtail right the way up to Tailor , Salmon, Snapper and mulloway. Rigged with a gang hook for a pilchard and a longshank hook for a smaller cut bait such as prawn, squid or fish fillet.
